Workplace SPA™, LLC is a Kansas City, Missouri based company with branch offices in St. Louis. The company launched its Workplace SPA™ initiative in 2003, offering corporate clients an innovative approach to employee wellness and appreciation programs. The company brings a spa-like environment directly into the office, by transforming a conference room or an office into a Day Spa retreat. Employees experience pampering spa treatments and are taught relaxation techniques they can self-administer and incorporate into their everyday lives.
During our Workplace SPA™ sessions, trained Relaxation Instructors guide participants through a relaxing journey, teaching employees to de-stress and revitalize themselves, while equipping them with the tools necessary to re-create the experience in the privacy of their own home or office. We are the perfect complement to Day Spas and massages. We teach an individual how to "pull the spa off the shelf" whenever they need to de-stress and unwind at home, in between spa visits and massages.
In addition, our signature Empowerment Over Stress workshops inspire and motivate your staff to begin to take charge of life stressors as opposed to life stressors taking charge of them. These workshops can be conducted over a lunch hour or the extended 12 week accountability program complete with personal workbook and personal mapping guide is available.
